How do I reserve my date?

Submit an inquiry through our contact page. Once we confirm availability, a 20% deposit and signed agreement lock your date. Dates are reserved on a first-come basis and are not held without a deposit.

When is the remaining balance due?

The balance can be paid on your own schedule and is due in full 30 days before your event.

​

Do you offer payment plans or financing?

Yes. Flexible payment options are available at checkout. We are happy to walk you through them during your consultation.

How far in advance should I book?

Popular dates fill early. For weddings, we recommend reaching out 9 to 12 months ahead. Commercial and public sector projects can often be scheduled on shorter timelines.

What services do you offer?

Wedding photography and film, commercial and brand media, political campaign production, public sector and law enforcement productions, and commissioned work.

How are your wedding collections structured?

We offer Photo + Film, Photography only, and Film only, each in three tiers: Essential, Signature, and Premier. Visit our Weddings page to view the collections.

Do you travel?

Yes. We are based in South Georgia and travel throughout the Southeast. Travel fees may apply depending on location.

Do you work with a team?

Yes. Every production is directed by our Creative Director and supported by a dedicated crew of cinematographers and production staff.

DELIVERY & GALLERIES

How will I receive my photos and film?

All images and films are delivered through a private online gallery hosted exclusively on Prime Images platforms.

​

Is there a limit on how many photos I can download?

No. You may download every image in your gallery.

​

Can I share or repost my gallery elsewhere?

You are welcome to share individual images and your film. To protect the quality of your work, galleries may not be transferred, mirrored, or re-hosted on third-party platforms.
